Wreath Sales Information
Each scout has a goal to sell 14 wreath items (excluding hangers and lights) to cover the costs of operating the Pack. This includes advancement awards, pack supplies, events like the Blue & Gold banquet and entertainment at Pack Events. If a family has two or more scouts in the Pack, the family has a goal to sell 20 wreaths, although any additional wreaths sales help the Pack and the scout.
Wreath sales can start immediately after the September Pack meeting!
Total scout sales below 14 wreaths will incur Pack Dues equal to $8 per wreath short (e.g. 1 short = $8, 2 short = $16, etc.) – this does not apply to first year scouts new to the Pack.
Scout Bucks for Wreath sales – no scout bucks will be contributed until the scout hits their goal of 14 wreaths. For each wreath sold over 14 (20 for families with multiple scouts) the Pack will contribute 100% of profit to the Scout Bucks account!!! This is a HUGE way to fund the scouts activities and camp for the upcoming year!!!
The wreath sale ends at the October Pack Meeting – October 24th.
Summary order sheets and all money need to be turned in by the meeting.
If you can’t make the meeting, arrange to get your information to your Den Leader or another parent who will be attending.
Please do not turn in any cash. If you have received cash, deposit into your own account and write a check to the Pack for the total cash collected.
Please keep Wreath and Popcorn money separate! You have envelopes for both.
Wreath pickup will be Friday, November 17th. More details will be provided closer to delivery date.
The Pack will need 8-10 people who can sort wreaths starting at 9:00AM that morning until finished. Please contact Eric Flam at 763-498-3966 if you can help.
